Married over 30 years, Bob Covino met first met Sue while working as part of the management team at Sears. Although working for the largest retailer in the world had its advantages, Bob Covino realized that to be a true entrepreneur, he needed to be his own boss of his own business.

With support from Sue, Bob left the security of Sears and purchased a wholesale/retail distribution business. The romance of being self-employed soon wore off as the 80-100 hour workweeks took their toll on the family. It was not an easy time for the Covino family. After three years, Bob and Sue Covino sold their business and got involved in real estate – buying, selling and developing commercial properties. In the mid- 80's commercial real estate was booming. Unfortunately, high interest rates and S&L failures crushed the commercial real estate boom. With their future looking very uncertain, Bob and Sue Covino recognized they needed another plan - they needed a secondary source of income in case something significant happened to their realty business.

In 1999, Bob and Sue Covino began a new adventure with a Web-based business built on the same principles of teambuilding – Quixtar.com. Today, after many years of success and rewards of building his business with Quixtar, Bob and Sue Covino continue to build upon their Quixtar-powered business. Bob and Sue Covino continue to enjoy helping others achieve their dreams and goals. As part of the MMP TEAM, Bob and Sue Covino benefit from working with Jody and Kathy Victor. Bob and Sue Covino's success enables them to travel the world while working together as a team to accomplish great things.
